I represented two of the largest UK chemical product manufacturers in Greece for over 30 years and confirm that I frequently came across the terms "sub-MIC concentration" and "Minimum Inhibitory Concentration" in the marketing authorisation application dossiers of the products that I was planning to import in Greece. I therefore agree with D. Harvatis that the phrase is correct.
