"Lump" to pojedyncza jednolita zmiana o rónych brzegach zaś "mass" to grupa "lumps" lub zmiana o nieostrych brzegach, przy czym używa się też tych pojęć wymiennie (http://www.livestrong.com/article/131757-types-breast-mass/ lub http://www.mckinley.illinois.edu/handouts/breast_health/brea... Najlepiej tym pojęciom odpowiadają chyba "guzek" (nie mylić z "guz') i "masa/y".

NB pacjentka moze jedynie wypowiedziec sie na temat cech "zewnetrznych" czyli glownie ksztaltu zmian, czy to jest jeden guzek/grudka (lump) czy tez dotyczy to wiekszej powierzchni, guzkow jest kilka; pacjentka nie moze wiedziec przed badaniem czy zgrubienie jest natury nowotworowej
