Comments from a Ukrainian doctor 'к' - 1) if in context of poliovaccine - means 'капли' (2 or 4 drops given)
2) if in context of Mantoux TST and looks like 'в.к.' or 'в/к' - means внутрикожно (intradermal)
3) in other occasions -it is a part of a serial number of a vaccine batch
