Quoiqu'il en soit, selon le site de la CNTRL: Boucharder: Travailler la pierre ou le ciment frais à l'aide d'une boucharde. Boucharde: Rouleau métallique présentant des aspérités, utilisé par les maçons pour pointiller en creux les surfaces de ciment ou d'asphalte.
