GENERAL CONDITIONS:
A) **Fronted** retrocession conditions
The Retrocessionaire’s liability under this Agreement shall follow that of the Retrocedent for losses under the Reinsured Original Policy or Policies specified in the Declarations (‘the Policy’), provided that such losses are within the terms and conditions of the Policy and within the terms and conditions of both the Retrocedent’s reinsurance of the Policy and within those of this Agreement. The Retrocedent warrants to retain at all times for its own account and without retrocession the amount indicated in the Declarations as its Net Retention.
