One item in a contract for the inspection of brake pads (which is the "contracted work"). I just want to know your opinion on how to translate the phrase I've cited. Does it or does it not mean "regarding HIS results", because there has been no other reference to results of any kind and the "его" can only refer to the customer, so it doesn't seem to refer to anything else I know about. Can't figure out what I'm missing here. Entire sentence is:
Оплата работ по договору производится Заказчиком вне зависимости от принятых по его результатам решений.
I'd like it to mean decisions made based on the contracted work. In other words, "its results" not "his results".

Discussion
Remember, in Russian, the seemingly personal "его" (and similar) can easily refer to the inanimate or even abstract things (nouns in grammar).
