We do not translate words, we translate meaning. Calculus - in maths - is a study of change; the relationship between differentiation and integration. In medicine - lump, pebble (causing problems). The author did not use a phrase 'conflict of interests', but it can be derived from the context, that the interests of the parties are very complicated. Therefore, I used a Polish word - zróżnicowanie = diversity.
