It is a researh paper titled "Limit blast design evaluation". The term is at the title and in many other places as shown here in the Abstract:

"The evaluation of blast effectivness in limit blasting is concerned primarily with the minimisation of damage behind the blast zone".

or here:

"Providing that blast damage can be quantitatively assessed, limit blast designs can be modified to minimise destructive effects on the planned wall (...)"

The source language is Australian English.

Here at Proz I found the term "limits blasting" tranlated as "explosiones limitadas" but it doesn't seem to fit in my context.

The closest idea I have would be Voladuras/tronaduras controladas/restingidas.
