Comment: "It seems that there is no exact equivalent in Greek. Perhaps the addition of μόνο would suffice i.e. είναι μόνο η κορυφή του παγόβουνου. Otherwise a phrase like το πρώτο βήμα σε κάτι σοβαρότατο
