The purpose of the Incentive Plan is to provide equity related rewards to the Group’s most senior executives for the accomplishment of key Group performance measures in order to align incentives and behaviours of these executives with the interests of the Group shareholders.

Participants are granted performance-based target shares under the Plan, with the vesting of these target grants subject to specific performance achievements over a three-year period.
