"Landlord shall include the person entitled to the reversion immediately expectant on the determination of the Term."
I believe that "reversion immediately expectant on the determination of the Term" means that the Landlord is entitled to have the leased property back upon the end of the agreed Term, but I wanted to confirm that and if there is a specific translation.
My idea is: "O Locador incluirá a pessoa a quem assistirá o direito de reaver o imóvel imediatamente, uma vez transcorrido o prazo da locação."
I appreciate any suggestion.
Thanks!

"reversion" would seem to be the handing back of the property at the end of the lease. However, I have the impression from what I saw that "Landlord shall include the person entitled..." means that the term "landlord" is being used to refer to the person who, WHEN THE LEASE ENDS, is entitled to receive the property. As it would appear that these leases can be for decades, this might well be a different person to the landlord today, so it will be the person who is the landlord at some time in the future.
