English translation: hemodynamic study/exam

Italian to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical: Cardiology / patient discharge report (test results)
Italian term or phrase: esame emodinamico
Perhaps a stupid question but is this the same thing as an "emocromo"? Can I translate it as "blood examination"?
No real context unfortunately, just "referto esame emodinamico".
I've found surprisingly little info in my search.

blood-flow test / hemodynamic exam / hemodynamic exam

Explanation:
literally hemodynamic exam / exam http://www.medhelp.org/tags/show/98005/hemodynamic-test
But commonly known as blood-flow test http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/162308.php

It is like when you say : Spirometry test (from latin).. that exists but people usually say: breathing test..

neutral  SJLD: answer already proposed at 4 mins - it would not be written "blood flow test" (no need for a hyphen) on a discharge report
