Es wurde also eine - im Verhältnis zur Benchmark - bestehende Übergewichtung nicht nur neutralisiert, sondern in eine Short-Position gedreht. "Outright" weist darauf hin, dass es sich hier nicht um einen Spread gegen eine Long-Position in einem anderen Segment bzw. Laufzeitbereich handelt, sondern um eine "echte" Short-Position. |

short of Explanation: could it be possible, that "short" here might not be referring to a "financial community international expression..." Because generally to "move outright short of" I would understand as being: "moving just short of" as in, being on the limit of something- in this case the market.
