All the diving is done "live boating", and includes a free drift descent down to the wreck!! The first day we just observed the operation and got oriented to the boat, procedures, and how things worked. We helped with getting divers in and out of the water and other such "mate" stuff. Once back on shore we assisted with transferring all the tanks over to the Coast Guard Station for filling for the next day of diving, which is about a 2 hour event. Fill station consists of a portable trailer with 2 electric compressors and 1 haskel booster. The fill panel has 4 banks and can fill up to 6 tanks at once. At last count there are approx. 36 oxygen K-tanks, 20-30 nitrox K-tanks and over 40 trimix K- tanks.
