Licensor may in its sole discretion authorise Licensee to use audio and visual material directly taken from the Licensed Material for television commercials and for other promotional materials provided that Licensee agrees that such use is subject to the conclusion of separate license agreements for such use and the payment of any applicable re-use and ***talent fees*** and the obtaining of any necessary approvals of third parties
