French term or phrase: puissance de précision
I've been puzzling over this for so long that it I am becoming more and more confused. Is there such a thing as "puissance minimale" or does it mean that the power output has a minimum accuracy of 1.5 VA? There could also be more than one error in the sentence.

All suggestions gratefully received and I'm more than ready to accept that I'm being stupid...
