Nad pkt. 1 warto się natomiast zastanowić.
IMHO w każdym zdaniu "Zoppoter Versicherungsgesellschaft ERGO HESTIA" będzie brzmieć lepiej niż "ERGO HESTIA - Zoppoter Versicherungsgesell." albo "Zoppoter ERGO HESTIA Versicherungsgesell.", powiemy też np. Bochumer Autohersteller OPEL. Pozostałe wersje rozpatrywałbym ew., gdybym chciał "ułożyć" nazwę własną takiego tow. w j. niem. Ale ona już przecież istnieje (STUEH). Innymi słowami nie chciałem tłumaczyć nazwy własnej
