English term or phrase: above-property
In hotel sales term, what does above-property sales mean, as oppose to on-property sales? I have the impression that on-property sales involve sales activities that take place on the property (in the hotel) itself. So, does that make above-property sales as sales activities that take place outside of the hotel?
