Looking at your Q again ... I take it you are actually asking about réinterprétation and its possible translation as "embedment", not about "full flash" which is totally new to me at least.

Given the refs to "interpretation" of Flash applications, I imagine they can be "reinterpreted" also, though in this case réinterpréter could well be a shunting together of "re-use" and "interpret".
