Tak czy inaczej, wyrażenia w pytaniu inaczej się nie da przetłumaczyć ;-) drugastrona Poland hm 08:45 Nov 18, 2009  No to jak dla mnie ten punkt ma niewiele sensu. Szczególnie to "fraudulent misrepresentation". Czyżby autor umowy specjalnie wprowadził w błąd drugą stronę, by później napisać, że w razie czego ponosi za to pełną odpowiedzialność?
