French term

Le déblocage de certaines alertes

French to English Tech/Engineering Computers (general)
This relates to warnings/alerts that are generated on a computer system when certain information is incorrect/missing.

It is "deblocage" that is troubling me.

Thank you

triggering/triggered off

...to trigger off an alarm. Can this be used in the computing field?
Peer comment(s):

agree ACOZ (X) : "Off" isn't necessary. Just use "triggering"

agree Lianne Wilson : As ACOZ says, the 'off' is not needed in this phrase. Triggering is a very natural answer, though.
