Aus einer Bindungsvereinbarung; Mitarbeiter wird zu einem Training geschickt, dessen Kosten vom Arbeitgeber übernommen werden. Es wird geregelt, in welcher Staffelung der Mitarbeiter den ihm gewährten Betrag zurückzuzahlen hat, sollte er das Vertragsverhältnis vor Ablauf der vereinbarten Frist von 12 Monaten kündigen bzw. dieses gekündigt werden.

Satz: "Für die noch fehlenden Monate bis zum Ablauf des Jahres nach Beendigung der Fortbildungsmaßnahme sind pro Monat 1/12 der von xy übernommenen Kosten zurückzuerstatten."

Ich stehe hier wahrscheinlich etwas auf der Leitung, aber mit "missing" geht es wohl nicht ... Danke für Vorschläge!
