非追随者

Chinese to English translations [PRO]
Marketing - Automotive / Cars & Trucks / Audi A6L
Chinese term or phrase: 非追随者
非追随者可以领略,非后来者懂得鉴赏。

I wonder what this means, and if it is an allusion, possibly to politics/history ----

The caption on the ad is

何以犒赏人生?
再上征程。

References to armies/battles etc?

Thank you.

Explanation:
FYI
Neither "追随者" nor "后来者" is an allusion. The copywriter uses the "非追随者" and "非后来者" in praise of the potential customers, and encourages them to be the leader and the first one (antonyms of "追随者" and "后来者") to buy their cars.
And as to 何以犒赏人生?再上征程, I guess the copywriter uses "犒赏" and "征程",so as to make the promotion have the air of grandeur and be more creative. So "犒赏" and "征程" don't refer to armies/battles. The caption may mean to drive our car is the best reward for your life.

It occurs to me that "犒赏" and "征程" are metaphors.
