Немного контекста:
If sudden load pickup is required, extra capability is present because of the bias, and the IGVs open first on proportional action to approximately 87% power, then on integral action to full power within approximately 20 sec.
When IGV temperature control is selected, a ***suppressed reference*** is imposed at initial loading.
This keeps IGV's closed to avoid combustor pulsation at low load.
