Der aufgestellte Zwischenbericht zum 31. Jänner 2009 entspricht den International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in der derzeit gültigen Fassung, soweit sie von der Europäischen Union gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 2 IAS-VO 1606/2002 im Wege des Komitologieverfahrens in den Rechtsbestand der Europäischen Union übernommen wurden.
Der Einbezug neu erworbener Gesellschaften erfolgte entsprechend IFRS 3.61 und 3.62 zum Erwerbsstichtag. Sofern zeitlich möglich werden die auf IFRS übergeleiteten Eröffnungsbilanzen neu erworbener Gesellschaften einer Abschlussprüfung unterzogen, um den Erfordernissen des IFRS 3.62 (a) gerecht werden zu können.
