Tangible Net Worth" means at any time the aggregate of the amounts paid up or credited as paid up on the issued ordinary share capital of the Borrower and the aggregate amount of the reserves, minus intangible assets, receivables from and any loans granted by the Borrower to any other member of the Group, and so that no amount shall be included or excluded more than once.
