Io credo invece che vada bene, ho trovato vari riscontri sul web, sempre riferiti a titoli accademici in ambito medico o di ricerca, ti mando qualche link (in quello dell'Unesco trovi "specialista aggiunto", mentre nell'altro c'è un'offerta di lavoro per un "extension associate" esperto in agricoltura sostenibile presso un'università americana).
