da qui secondo me puoi vedere che "Würzpaste" sta ad indicare "salsa" (ho notato che il termine viene usato spesso per il pesto)

e io a questo punto credo che sia il caso di togliere gli "ingredienti insoliti" che ci sinao non c'è dubbio- e i canestri oggi sbno di solito bacinelle o bidoni di plastica

das Zeug wird meistens in grossen Koerben verkauft- ist also nicht fluessig und damit werden die Sossen zubereitet! Wie Harissa in den arab. Laendern. Wird aufgeloest in Kokosmilch- Oel- Wasser oder was auch immer. Meistens grobkoernig, aber in der Konsistenz etwa wie doppelt oder 3-fach konzentriertes Tomatenmark. Equivalente dei nostri dadi sul lato pratico....bloss mit mehr Liebe und ohne Chemie zubereitet.

aehnlich wie pesto- wie Manueala sagt- aber ein vernuenftiger Pesto wird mti Acqua di cottura aufgeloest- und dann gibt es eine Sosse. (ich hasse das Wort Sosse- ghet Sauce nicht mehr?)
