authorise installations for use and veto their use
I think the trouble with this phrase is that there is no parallel word as the antonym for authorise in English. Of the Collins suggestions, veto, but saying what is being vetoed, seems the most natural in English. You could say remove or deny authorisation, as well, but desautorizar is very wide, and these do not individually cover all the meanings unless you use both, IMHO.
