I'm afraid the context is not very clear. It is part of an employee opinion poll. One employee suggests, "Créer des collection de galettes et dégradés pour les mettre à disposition des RBU et les aider dans leur démarche commerciale."

Presumably the unusable (too short) ends of ..... what? I suppose it could be the leftover ends of pipe coils. THis would certainly fit with "dégradés" (damaged pieces), but I don't see how either of these would help a "démarche commerciale". What is RBU?
