Franchise can be deductible and deductible integrated and is established either in percentage to the insurance indemnity or in absolute figures:
- under deductible franchise the Insurer shall not bear responsibility for loss not exceeding franchise the amount but compensates the loss in full under exceeding the franchise amount;
