If I got your meaning you want to telephone...If so, I don't think you need the tones, but just the pinyin:
"Wei, nin hao. Wo jiao Chris. Wo shi Meiguoren. Wo xiang gen Chenhaun shuo hua? Ta zai jia ma? Xiexie."
