the provisions on ... are deemed to be transcribed in this exploitation agreement

the provisions on [the matter] are deemed to be [fully] transcribed herein [in this exploitation agreement]

See that "exploitation" is more related to "using to take advantage" and "exploration" = to examine with the purpose of discovering.

If the document you are translating is the Exploitation Agreement itself, you can put in the final part simply HEREIN

In fact the exploitation agreement is not actually reprinted or transcribed, but only considered as such.

On the subject of exploitation/exploration, took this example:
exploiting a forest = taking wood, raw-materials, etc. for one\'s advantage
exploring a forest = getting to know it, discover its fauna e flora, etc.
ok?

instead of \"transcribed herein\" you could also use \"included herein\" or \"an integral part hereof\" to make it clearer
