For each policy, the current cash value is ***subject to a maximum*** of the value of units including annual bonus.


Ich habe Probleme, die Formulierung des Ausgangstexts zu verstehen. Meine vorläufige Übersetzung lautet:

"Der aktuelle Rückkaufwert jeder Police ist an ein Maximum des Anteilswerts einschließlich Jahresbonus gebunden."

Wäre das ok?

Der aktuelle Rückkaufwert jeder Police ist (maximal) begrenzt auf den Wert der Anteile einschließlich Jahresbonus.

So verstehe ich den Sinn. Siehe z.B. folgende parallele EU-Websites in Eng und Deu mit eben dieser Formulierung:

DEU: http://www.europa.eu.int/eures/main.jsp?lang=de&acro=living&...

Man könnte auch sagen: beträgt maximal, aber das würde nur mit einem konkreten Geldbetrag passen.
