Dentro de este estilo es importante destacar la inclinación que se observa en los muros; tal parece que los constructores trataron de evitar los efectos que produce la visión en perspectiva.
This is talking about Tulum, a Maya site. The buildings walls slope outwards as they rise.
"perspective view" is defined as:
A view of a three-dimensional image that portrays height, width, and depth. This allows the viewer to get a more realistic image or graphic.
So, I want to avoid that phrase. Perhaps I can just say the "effects of perspective"? (I don't understand why tilting the walls outwards would achieve that -- if anyone cares to explain, I'd appreciate it!)
