I've never seen these two terms used in the same document, let alone the same sentence. Any suggestions?

Explanation:
Van Dale Groot Woordenboek provides an entry for the term which confirms Kate's assumption that the word "eis" is missing in this combination. It should be "eis in conventie".
Perhaps the points should go to Kate for suggesting this first.
