B-St

German to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) finances/taxes
Hello!
I am translating a German document into Spanish, and I have found this "B-St"... The other translators in the pair German-Spanish have told me to ask you for an explanation of what this "B-St" could possibly be... The context is not a whole sentence, just a title:
"Ersuchen vom 21.12.2006, § 1322 *B-St* 3101 (42/05)"
Any idea?

Could it be "baskisches Statut", or Baskenstatut? (I found one Google entry for B-St - Baskenstatut). Of course, your Spanish context may be something completely different.

More context is still needed. What do you mean by the "financial department"? The finance unit within an enterprise/undertaking - or a public authority, e.g. Finanzamt? Is it a request from one public authority to another?

Ersuchen "Ersuchen" is a kind of petition someone sent to the Finantial department for a "Vollstreckung"... I still do not have a clue what this "B-St" should mean. In a second document in the title it says "Ersuchen vom 7.12.2006, *St I* 107.2" whatever that should be...

Vermutung. es handelt sich um Vorschriftenzitat oder Reaktion auf eine Anfrage Nr. 42 des Jahres 2005. Vielleicht findet sich hier ";www.gesetze-im-internet.de" eine Vorschrift, die paßt?
