Provided, however, that the Agent in the performance of its management responsibilities under this Agreement shall be entitled to have regard to its overall responsibility for all the Vessel which may from time to time be entrusted to its management in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Agent shall be entitled to allocate available supplies, manpower and services in such manner as in the prevailing circumstances the Agent in its discretion considers to be fair and reasonable
