tracked outboard

Seat must be facing aircraft forward, tracked fully outboard aft with seat back in full upright position during take off.

moved away from the centreline

Put into normal English, "seat must be facing towards the nose of the aircraft, moved along its tracks as far away from the aircraft centre and as far to the rear as possible and its back must be fully erect during take off".

agree V_Nedkov : I agree with the explanation. But "centreline" in aviation means something else and it can get confusing to use this word.
