: come to think of it you might be right, if it's somthing like a game show or a competition for gifted kids, the right name for it would be " invitation only competition" or "restricted access competition" I have asked the asker:)

It seems that contestants have the opportunity to have presentations in a forum with "'guests" from the public and private sector. Check this site that mentions a similar contest . Since it's a competitive situation there is a limit of guests for each contestant.
