This bit of the following sentence has been driving me mad, any help much appreciated.

De (af)levering van de goederen, de bepalingen omtrent de kosten van (af)levering en de overgang van het risico geschieden Delivered Duty Paid gelost conform de Incoterms 2000 op het door XXXX opgegeven adres..

The current stage of development of the technology being considered by the Postal Service. suggests assignment of a moderate cost risk.

in contrast with C&f or CIF, this probably means 'Free In Store'. IN other words the goods (and associated risks) is not accepted until delivered at the addres (Free = free of all costs such as freight, wharfage, insurance, cartage)
