This is a certain parameter on a site drawing that stands in the same row with КРИВАЯ and БИССЕКТРИСА. Looks like it denotes some extra length to be added to the existing length to reach the design length, oy vey :-)

Thanks for the note. In that case, I would just use "length difference." What that refers to should be obvious from the pciture, right?
| Dear Dorene, This is the length of a pipeline. Actually there are two versions of the same pipeline in this drawing. The first one is the designed one. The second one is the surveyed one. My assumption is that this DOMER is the length difference between those two versions. Igor |
