"Sit on your side with bended knees. One hand supports your weight, the other rests on your hip. And you’re gonna lift up and hold for two seconds and then sit back down. Try to get a straight line going from your shoulder down to your knees.
Avoid leaning back or forward. Keep your body perfectly straight."
