Rats were exposed to significant concentrations of desvenlafaxine for at least 5 to 6 hours after the last dose. In males, individual plasma concentrations of desvenlafaxine ranged from 175 to 4250 ng/mL with 100 mg/Kg/day doses, from 2540 to 20,081 ng/mL at 500 mg/Kg/day, and from 10,174 to 61,976 ng/mL at 1000 mg/Kg/day. In females, individual plasma concentrations of desvenlafaxine ranged from 426 to 8331 ng/mL with 100 mg/Kg/day doses, from 5558 to 20,308 ng/mL at 500 mg/Kg/day, and from 9272 to 34,072 ng/mL at 1000 mg/Kg/day.
