Explanation: Sind vielleicht die Zinsen gemeint, die im unteren Teil dieses Links (unter Note und dann Punkt 1.) genannt sind? http://thelawcentre.ca/fact7a.html Was eine "default order" ist und wer sie beantragen kann, ist oben in dem Link beschrieben. Es gibt im Deutschen den Begriff "Versäumnisurteil", ich weiß aber nicht, ob das das Gleiche ist. |
