Dutch term

Plekker, tigenstikster

Dutch to English Bus/Financial Human Resources two old-fashioned job descriptions.
These are two occupations listed in a 1962 Belgian birth certificate, not other information is given in the text.

I assume these are old Belgian names for professions, but they are not listed in any dictionaries in my possesion, and they do not generate any relevant hits on the internet.

Why close the question so quickly, especially considering that English translations have been requested and none have been given?
