Natriumalbuminat, Albumosenatrium Explanation: Absolutnie nie jestem pewna, nawet nie wiem, czy to jest jedno i to samo, ale białczan srebrowy słownik podaje jako "Albumosesilber", związek o nazwie "Natriumalbuminat" istnieje i nawet stabilizuje - co prawda srebro, ale kto wie, może i żywnośċ? - a "Albumosenatrium" też znalazłam, tylko nie wejdę do tekstu - oto fragment tekstu z linku: "...gut das Albumosenatrium.
