This is from a trade agreement for a coating.
Company A is a "partner company" of Company C.

A社とB社は、甲が販売するコーティング剤の取引に関し、以下の通り非独占的売買取引基本契約を締結する。

第１条　（目　的）
　ＡはC社が販売元である本製品をＢに売り渡し、ＢはこれをＡから買受ける。
２）　目的の特約事項について、以下の通り定める。
①Ａ及びＢは、本製品及び製品の種類をＢが**施工販売**する目的で取引することを約す。
②ＢはＡに対して、前項①の目的を達するために必要な、知識、技能をＡより別途規定に基づき取得し、Ａの作成したマニュアルの内容に従って本製品を**施工販売**することを約す。

第１４条　（Ａの著作権）
１）　本製品に関わる著作権は、一切Ａに帰属する。
２）　契約期間内は、Ａの承諾なくして、本製品に関わる著作物をＢの**施工販売**に使用できるものとする。この場合本条１）の規定に基づくものとする。

第１５条（表記）
ＡはＢに対し、Ｂが本製品を**施工販売**する際に別のブランド名を使用することを許可する。ただしその際にＢは本製品販売元又は供給者である下記の名称を表記する。

OK... so it seems that Company A is getting the product from Company C. Then Company A sells it to Company B, who is then going to 施工販売する。 From Article 15, it almost sounds like resell (but if that was the case why wouldn't they say 再販売)? Or maybe Company B is going to change it or add something to it and sell it as something else?

(It would be easier if I had the company name of "B" to do research to find out what that company does, but it just says "B" and there is no name in the source text so I have no more info to go on.)

Does anyone know what this means, and a translation?
