I tend to agree with Dave, but get quite a few googles for 'continuation premium'. This could be US terminology.
Further, Woordenboek Verzekeringsbedrijf N-E/E-N [Vermeij/Kluwer Bedrijfsinformatie] translates 'doorloop' in various contexts, e.g. doorlooptijden, doorlopend, doorlopende kosten/notering/polis/provisie, in various ways (through-put times, tacit renewal, annual costs/exepnses or recurrent costs/fees, continuous quotation, first year plus renewal commision, respectively). I don't know very much about insurance ("gelukkig heb ik meer verstand van... uh ... techniek"), but this terminology might be worth checking out ;-)
