ID / Identifikationsnummer Explanation: Nie, to nie jest to¿same... ID mo¿e otrzymaæ pewien priorytet, ale zawsze bêdzie tylko numerem okre¶laj±cym pewne konkretne zlecenie. Takie jest moje zdanie. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 mins (2006-01-28 18:31:49 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- ID mog± byæ przyznawane zgodnie z pewnym kluczem priorytetów, np. normalne zaczynaj± siê od kodu 000, a pilne od 100 itd. |

identyfikator zgloszenia Vorfallnummer Explanation: Vorfallnummer (auch Vorfallsnummer) So heisst das Ding bei meinem Arbeitgeber. Alle Meldungen an IT-Helpdesk bekommen eine Vorfallsnummer, die auch bei späteren Anfragen anzugeben ist. Die Nummer wird auch im Betreff diesbezüglicher Mails angefügt, um automatische Sortierung/Weiterleitung zu erleichtern. |

Anmeldungspriorität Explanation: Propozycja zgodnie z przypuszczeniem powy¿ej -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 17 mins (2006-01-28 18:43:44 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- np. Anmeldungsprioritätsgrad: extrem eilig, eilig, usw. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 23 mins (2006-01-28 18:49:52 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Je¿eli numer zg³oszenia jest numerem kolejnym i oprócz tego jest identyfikator zg³oszenia, to moja propozycja powinna byæ OK. Je¿eli to jest pojedyncze oznakowanie np.literowo-cyfrowe, to odpowiedŸ ST jest lepsza. |
